These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of heprovidesendowments.org and any guide, content, or call booking you request from HE Provides Endowments, a sole proprietorship operated by Edward J. Piotrowicz ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or requesting our materials, you agree to these Terms.
We provide educational content, guides, and self-paced resources to help pastors, ministry leaders, and individual donors understand different giving and endowment structures, along with the option to book a short call to discuss your situation.
Nothing on this site, in our guides, or discussed on a short call constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You should consult a licensed attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before establishing any endowment, trust, or other financial structure.
We make no guarantee regarding financial outcomes, tax treatment, or the suitability of any giving structure for your specific circumstances. Any examples we share are for illustration only.
The Provision Map includes a 7-day guarantee. If you work through the course guide and the Attorney-Prep Sheet within 7 days of starting and still do not have clarity on which giving structure fits your church, write to steward@heprovidesendowments.org and we will refund you in full. This guarantee does not promise any financial, legal, or tax outcome.
If you book a short call or request a guide, you agree that we may contact you by email and/or text message (SMS) to confirm, remind, and follow up regarding your request, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
All content on this site, including guides, text, and design, is the property of HE Provides Endowments unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without our permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HE Provides Endowments and Edward J. Piotrowicz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, guides, or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
